Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return items for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.

How to Return:

1. Contact our customer service at info@theparkclothing.com to initiate your return.

2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. We will provide instructions and a return address.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping is free.

• You are responsible for any loss in value if the items are damaged or worn beyond what is necessary to check their condition.

Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

• Refunds include the full purchase price and original shipping costs (if applicable).

• Payments will be refunded using the same method used for the original purchase.

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receiving your returned items.

Exceptions:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Perishable goods

• Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once opened
