3. Contract Formation

By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected goods. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email or ship the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices include VAT and any applicable duties.

• Payment options include Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS, Klarna Pay Later, Twint, and PayPal.

• The total amount is charged immediately after order confirmation.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide according to our Shipping Policy.

• Estimated delivery times depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

6. Right of Withdrawal

• Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without giving a reason.

• The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returned items must be in original condition with tags intact.

• Refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.

• We provide statutory warranty rights for defective goods.

• We are liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

• Liability for minor negligence is excluded unless it concerns essential contractual obligations.
